EP will start with almost 100% EP due to fast growth of EP volume.
Candidate should be willing to assist in building an even larger EP program in addition to performing EP.

Referrals from 150 PCPs and general cardiologists in office.
Very collegial group with immediate input on all decisions by new physician colleagues. Brand new, fully equipped and staffed office. Low overhead.
Practice employs 40 support staff.
Equipment includes: nuclear, echo, ABI, exam rooms, EMR. Nuclear and Echo services are both accredited.
Services include: women's heart health, coronary angio, PV disease, carotid vascular, EP, Heart Failure, Pulmonary Hypertension, Noninvasive stress, nuclear, CT angio, preventative cardiology.
Unlimited volume potential. Privileges in 2 top-notch hospitals located 6 blocks apart. Dedicated labs.
Competitive starting salary guarantee with ability to switch to productivity based compensation at any time. Most recent hire switched to production in 6 weeks. No ceiling on first year income guarantee.
Partner salary based upon 80% productivity, and 20% equal split.
Call 1:4 and is a mix of primary call and limited amount of backup to one general cardiologist.
